Responsible Gaming at tk9999vip — your safety is our priority

Gaming should always be a source of enjoyment — not addiction. tk9999vip gives you the opportunity to play consciously and safely, where control always remains in your hands.

What is Responsible Gaming and why does it matter?

Online gaming should be an entertaining experience — it should never be a source of financial problems or mental stress. tk9999vip believes that responsible gaming is not just a policy, but a commitment — to the wellbeing and safety of every one of our players.

We know that for some people gaming can get out of control. That is why we provide you with various self-help tools — such as setting deposit limits, the option to exclude yourself temporarily or permanently, and the time-out feature. Protecting your family and loved ones is equally important to us.

Only users aged 21 and above can open an account and play at tk9999vip. We take a firm stance against gaming by minors and use the highest level of technology for age verification.

Our Protection Tools and Features

Set Deposit Limits

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately, and increasing it requires a 7-day cooling-off period.

Time-Out Feature

If you want to give yourself a short break, you can take a time-out from 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks. During this period your account will be temporarily inactive.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose permanent self-exclusion. Making this decision takes courage — we are always by your side.

Reality Check

At set intervals an automatic message will appear letting you know how long you have been playing and showing a summary of your total wins and losses. This helps keep you aware.

Account History Review

You can view your complete betting history and a record of all deposits and withdrawals at any time. Monitor your own behaviour and take action if needed.

Minor Protection

tk9999vip strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. If there are children or teenagers in your household, use family safety tools to keep your account out of their reach.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the following signs appear in yourself, gaming may be becoming a problem for you. Be honest with yourself and do not hesitate to seek help.

  • Repeatedly gaming to recover lost money (chasing losses)
  • Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends
  • Spending more than your set budget and being surprised by it yourself
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
  • Gaming is affecting your work, family, or social life
  • Taking on debt or borrowing money to fund gaming
  • Repeatedly trying to stop playing but failing each time

Core Principles of Safe Gaming

Following these principles while playing at tk9999vip will keep gaming enjoyable and safe at all times.

Set a budget. Before you start gaming, decide how much you can afford to spend and stay within that limit.

Stick to time limits. Do not game for more than a set amount of time each day. The time-out feature at tk9999vip will help you with this.

Do not dwell on losses. Remember that wins and losses are both a normal part of gaming. Playing extra to recover lost money is never a good decision.

Play for entertainment. See gaming as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn money. Keep a balance with time spent with family and other hobbies.

Common Questions About Responsible Gaming

Log in to your tk9999vip account and go to profile settings. Click on the "Responsible Gaming" or "Account Limits" option and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 7-day cooling-off period. Contact our 24/7 live chat for any assistance.

Self-exclusion can be temporary (for a set period) or permanent — both options are available. Once a temporary exclusion period ends, the account can be reactivated, but a set cooling-off period must pass first. Choosing permanent self-exclusion will close your account forever, and any attempt to open a new account will also be blocked.

A time-out is a short break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time you cannot play, but the account is automatically reactivated once the period ends. Self-exclusion is a longer-term and stricter measure, where the account remains closed for an extended period or permanently.

Start by talking about the issue calmly — with empathy, not judgment. Help them understand their limits and encourage them to consider self-exclusion. Contact us via live chat or at [email protected] and our support team can also assist family members.

No, strictly not. tk9999vip is only for users aged 21 and above. Age is verified during registration and additional identification may be requested in cases of doubt. If you have children or teenagers in your household, use parental control software on your device and do not share your tk9999vip password.

In Bangladesh, help is available through the national mental health helpline and the psychiatry departments of various hospitals. Speak with a trusted doctor or psychologist. Our support team is always ready to provide you with accurate information and guidance.
